Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

We keep this simple. We collect a little information so we can answer you and so our website works better for the people who visit it. We never sell, rent or trade anyone's information. Period.

What we collect

When you contact us

If you fill out a form, call, text or email us, we get what you send: usually your name, email, phone number, business name and your message. We use it to get back to you and help with your project. That's it.

When you browse the site

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and a few tools that tell us how the site is being used: which pages people visit, how they found us, what device they're on, and whether the site is working the way it should. This is general information, not your name or contact details.

The tools we use:

  • Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find us.
  • Google Tag Manager to manage these tools in one place.
  • Microsoft Clarity to see heatmaps and anonymous session replays, so we can spot confusing pages and broken buttons. Form fields are masked.
  • Ad conversion tracking (Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads) so that, when we run ads, we know whether they actually brought someone to call or contact us.

Our server also keeps standard logs (like IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and work on your project.
  • To make our website better and easier to use.
  • To see which of our marketing is working and which isn't.
  • To keep the site secure.

What we don't do

  • We never sell or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
  • We don't run remarketing ads that follow you around the internet after you visit our site.
  • We don't sign you up for email lists you didn't ask for.

Our customers and advertising

If we run ads, we may give Google or other ad platforms a list of our existing customers' emails and phone numbers for one reason: so they don't show our ads to people who already work with us. The platforms scramble (hash) that list before matching it, and they aren't allowed to use it for anything else.

Third parties

The tools listed above are run by Google, Microsoft and OpenAI, and each one handles data under its own privacy policy. We only use what they report back to us to understand how our site and ads are doing. We'd only share your information beyond that if the law requires it.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
  • You can manage how Google shows you ads at My Ad Center.
  • You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just reach out below.

Keeping it safe

We host this website on our own servers here in Florida, keep everything updated, and use a secure (SSL) connection. No website is 100% bulletproof, but we take it seriously. It's what we do for our clients every day.

Kids

Our website is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Client websites we host

This policy covers webdesignfl.co. Each of our clients' websites has its own privacy policy for its own visitors.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
